REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Khagrachari Hill District Council (KHDC) is seeking Technical and Financial Proposals from competent construction companies/individual practitioners for establishing a Solar Powered Cold Storage Facility under the ILO-supported “Promoting Gender Responsive Enterprise Development and TVET Systems (ProGRESS)” initiative. Organizations/individuals having practical experience in Solar Powered Cold Storage Facilities are invited to participate in the selection process. Preference may be given to applicants with previous engagement in development or construction activities within the Chattogram Hill Tracts (CHT).
