A Reputed Private Commercial Bank

A reputed private commercial bank in Bangladesh is seeking experienced and result-oriented sales professionals to join its Direct Sales Unit as Retail Business Associates on a contractual (HR) basis for both Asset and Liability products, offering a competitive fixed salary and attractive performance-based incentives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visit customers and mobilize deposit products (Savings, Current, Term Deposits etc.) / source House Financing Loan and other Retail Loan products
• Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales and field visits
• Achieve assigned deposit/loan business targets
• Analyze and inspect the market accurately to identify business opportunities
• Build new customer relationships and maintain existing ones
• Coordinate with Branch and relevant units for processing and disbursement

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Candidates with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience are preferred
• Basic understanding of banking products and credit concepts
• Competent in sales knowledge, customer service techniques and strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Age: Maximum 40 Years (Flexible for experienced candidates)
