| Position: Manager - Sales & Marketing |
Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with garment factories, buying houses, sourcing offices, and apparel manufacturers across Bangladesh.
- Promote and market the company’s Pocketing, Lining, and Shell Fabric products to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Conduct regular visits to factories and buying houses to generate sales and strengthen business relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management.
Employment Status: FullTime
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Textile,Buying House
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Existing connections with garment factories, buying houses, and sourcing teams will be considered a significant advantage.
- Ability to travel extensively across Bangladesh for business development activities.
