Required Qualification and Experience: Graduation from any reputed university, 08-10 Years practical work experience in same field in the reputed organization and must have Cut and Sew quality control experience. The candidate who has worked experience with Multinational company will get priority.
Language Efficiency: The Candidate should have vast knowledge in English language both Verbal & Written; candidate should be proficiency in computer literature and e-mail correspondence.
Age Limit: Maximum 38 years.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control thorough inspections of cut and sew, ensuring adherence to the industry standards and customers.
- Utilize expertise in cut and sew quality control to enhance overall product quality across diverse garment categories.
- Perform sample, review sample comment, follow-up sample development, check fabric, trims, accessories quality and bulk production progress as per customer standard and enhance quality as per requirements.
- Provide guidance to the factories regarding sample, fabric, trims, approval status, readiness prior bulk production. Facilitate pre-production meetings, conduct production progress and research layout.
- Perform comprehensive inspections of goods, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. Coordinate with third-party inspection partners and organize final inspections to guarantee product integrity.
- Inspect photo and shipping samples to maintain consistency and accuracy throughout the production process.
- Communicate effectively with assigned supervisors and overseas customers via email, WhatsApp and other communication platforms on time.
Salary & Other Benefits: Our Company offers salary BDT 70,000-80,000/month for highly experienced & expected person, excellent working environment, festival bonus, performance bonus, provident fund, gratuity and other benefits like hospitalization insurance, group insurance are applicable as per company policy.
