Job Context:
Teachers: Chemistry, Physics, Biology, English, Mathematics, Bangla, Art, ICT and Pre-Junior.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct classes in accordance with the school syllabus and academic guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials, and actively contribute to curriculum development.
- Ensure student engagement in meaningful and effective learning.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
- Provide feedback on students’ performance to the authorities.
- Observe, record, and report student behaviour as required.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Implement daily academic programs under the direction of the Principal / Coordinator.
- Perform academic responsibilities including assessments and parent interaction.
- Maintain professionalism and loyalty to the institution.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant subjects.
- O & A Level background will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience in an English Medium School.
- Private tutoring will not be considered as teaching experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom).
- Excellent command of English (IELTS score required, 6.5 or above)
