Job Responsibilities 

Maintenance Management:

• Plan and execute electrical maintenance activities.
• Holding authority in carrying out electrical work under the work permit.
• Supervise electrical maintenance staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor electrical systems and equipment performance.
• Prepare reports on electrical maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement electrical maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate with operations to schedule electrical maintenance activities.
• Manage electrical maintenance budgets and control costs.
• Lead and mentor the electrical maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present electrical maintenance reports to senior management.
• Implement best practices and new technologies to improve electrical maintenance efficiency.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Professional certifications in Electrical Maintenance or related areas required.

Employment Status

• Full Time

Experience Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in power plants, particularly with MAN engines and cogeneration facilities, is preferred

Additional Requirements

• Age Maximum 45 years
• Candidates should possess sound knowledge and practical experience in the following areas:
  • HFO-fired power generation engines
  • Alternators and excitation systems
  • Steam turbines and associated auxiliary systems
  • High-voltage (HV) electrical systems
  • Switchgear operation and maintenance
  • Power transformers
  • Substation equipment and systems
  • Electrical protection, control, and automation systems
  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
  • AC/DC motors and motor control systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings and implementing system modifications.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound understanding of safety and regulatory compliance.
