| Position: Deputy Manager-Electrical Maintenance |

Job Responsibilities
Maintenance Management:
- Plan and execute electrical maintenance activities.
- Holding authority in carrying out electrical work under the work permit.
- Supervise electrical maintenance staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor electrical systems and equipment performance.
- Prepare reports on electrical maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement electrical maintenance strategies.
- Coordinate with operations to schedule electrical maintenance activities.
- Manage electrical maintenance budgets and control costs.
- Lead and mentor the electrical maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present electrical maintenance reports to senior management.
- Implement best practices and new technologies to improve electrical maintenance efficiency.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Professional certifications in Electrical Maintenance or related areas required.
Employment Status
Experience Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in power plants, particularly with MAN engines and cogeneration facilities, is preferred
Additional Requirements
- Age Maximum 45 years
- Candidates should possess sound knowledge and practical experience in the following areas:
- HFO-fired power generation engines
- Alternators and excitation systems
- Steam turbines and associated auxiliary systems
- High-voltage (HV) electrical systems
- Switchgear operation and maintenance
- Power transformers
- Substation equipment and systems
- Electrical protection, control, and automation systems
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- AC/DC motors and motor control systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings and implementing system modifications.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound understanding of safety and regulatory compliance.
