Hong Kong based liaison office is seeking candidates for positions in Dhaka Bangladesh.

• Strong expertise in pattern making for Wovens (Men’s & Ladieswear) across categories like shirts, tops, dresses, bottoms, Jackets etc.
  
• Ability to interpret and analyze Tech Packs, including garment construction, measurements, grading specs, and buyer comments.
  
• Develop accurate base patterns, graded patterns, and production-ready patterns as per buyer requirements.
• Calculate fabric consumption (YYs), trims consumption, and costing inputs based on patterns and markers.
• Create proto, fit, and pre-production samples from Tech Packs and pattern blocks.
  
• Conduct fit analysis, identify corrections, and implement pattern adjustments for approval.
  
• Coordinate directly with buyers/technical teams to ensure smooth fit approvals and technical clarity.
• Proficient in CAD software such as Gerber AccuMark
