Purpose |
The Senior Environmental Health Manager – WASH, Health & ERP provides strategic leadership, technical oversight, and operational management of Protecting lives, building resilience: Climate-responsive WASH and health services for Rohingya refugees and host communities. The role focuses on improving the health, well-being, and climate resilience of Rohingya refugees and surrounding host communities through integrated, equitable, and sustainable WASH and health services. This includes strengthening climate-resilient water and sanitation systems, quality primary health services, infection prevention and control (IPC), medical waste management, integrated disease surveillance, and emergency preparedness and response. The position also ensures inclusive and gender-responsive programming, continuity of essential services during climate shocks, and compliance with donor and national standards, contributing to healthier and more resilient communities. |
