(IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. In partnership with various donors, the IRC is undertaking a Rohingya Emergency Response Programme in Cox’s Bazar and has a requirement for the following service:

Online submission over the Box link or, Hard copy sealed offer/proposals (separate envelop for technical and financial) will be acceptable by IRC within or by May 07, 2026 (by 05.00 pm). Bid offers will not be accepted after the closure of business as mentioned in the above table.
Please note, IRC shall not be bound to accept the lowest prices Bid or any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
