The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Bangladesh Delegation, invites sealed bids from manufacturers for the following pharmaceutical Items-

Interested bidders must:

• Be legally registered and authorized to manufacture the pharmaceutical product in Bangladesh.
• Hold valid applicable pharmaceutical licenses and registrations.
• Have relevant experience in supplying medicines to humanitarian, governmental, institutional, or other recognized organizations.
• Meet the technical, quality, regulatory, and delivery requirements specified in the tender documents.
• Not be subject to applicable IFRC sanctions or other eligibility restrictions.

The Tender Document package - Request for Quotation (RFQ) with a detailed list of items, bidding instructions, IFRC General Terms & Conditions and other associated annexures will be available from 14 September 2026 to 17 September 2026. Requests for tender documents after the deadline, 04:00 pm on 17 September 2026, shall not be considered.

The tender documents (RFQ) shall be requested by email to [email protected] with a copy to [email protected]. The email subject should include the RFQ reference numbers as mentioned above.

Bidders are permitted to submit quotations for all or part of the items listed above. Please ensure that the RFQ reference number is clearly mentioned in the subject line of the email. For example: “Tender Document Request for tender Ref. number: RFQ-IFRC_2026- 0029_Supply of “Medicine for Field Hospital”.

The offers, complete in all respects, must be submitted to the IFRC office at 684-686, Red Crescent Sarak, Bara Maghbazar, Dhaka within 12.00 pm. on 20 September 2026.

The IFRC reserves the right to accept, reject, or split any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
