TENDER NOTICE The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Bangladesh Delegation, invites for sealed bids from sole distributors/authorized suppliers/manufacturers for the following commodity-
Bidders should have at least 3 years’ practical experience in a similar type of job and have an average annual turnover of BDT 10 million in the preceding 3 years with an audit report or financial statement from a recognized Audit Firm. The Tender Document package - Request for Quotation (RFQ) with detailed specs, bidding instructions, IFRC General Terms & Conditions and other associated annexures will be available from 16 August 2026 to 24 August 2026. Requests for tender documents after the deadline (04:00 pm 24 August 2026 shall not be considered. The tender documents (RFQ) shall be requested by email to [email protected] with a copy to [email protected]. The email subject should have the RFQ reference numbers as mentioned above. Bidders are permitted to submit quotations for all or partially the items listed above, but not less than 5 items. Please ensure that the RFQ reference number is clearly mentioned in the email subject line. For example: “Tender Document Request for -tender Ref. number: RFQ-IFRC_2026- 0024_Supply of “Healthcare Accessories”. The offers complete in all respects must be submitted to the IFRC office at 684-686, Red Crescent Sarak, Bara Maghbazar, Dhaka by 03:00 pm. on 25 August 2026. The offers must be accompanied by BID BOND (refundable) equivalent to 1% of the quoted amount in the form of a pay order from a scheduled bank in favor of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
