Bidders should have at least 3 years’ practical experience in a similar type of job and have an average annual turnover of BDT 10 million in the preceding 3 years with an audit report or financial statement from a recognized Audit Firm.

The Tender Document package - Request for Quotation (RFQ) with detailed specs, bidding instructions, IFRC General Terms & Conditions and other associated annexures will be available from 12 August 2026 to 20 August 2026. Request for tender documents after the deadline- 04:00 pm 20 August 2026 shall not be considered.

The tender documents (RFQ) shall be requested by email to [email protected] with a copy to [email protected]. The email subject should have RFQ reference numbers as mentioned above.

Bidders are permitted to submit quotations for all or partially of the items listed above but not less than 5 items. Please ensure that the RFQ reference number is clearly mentioned in the subject line of the email. For example: “Tender Document Request for -tender Ref. number: RFQ-IFRC_2026- 0021_Supply of “Medical Equipment” The offers complete in all respects must be submitted to the IFRC office at 684-686, Red Crescent Sarak, Bara Maghbazar, Dhaka within 03.00 pm. on 23 August 2026.

The offers must be accompanied by BID BOND (refundable) equivalent to 1% of the quoted amount in the form of a pay order from a scheduled bank in favor of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies`.

The IFRC reserves the right to accept or reject or split any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
