TENDER NOTICE The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Population Movement Operation, invites for sealed bids from manufacturer/sole distributors/suppliers for the following commodities:
Bidders must have at least 5 years’ practical experience in supply of similar types of goods and have an average annual turnover of BDT 20 million in the last three years. Tender documents containing Request for Quotation, Specification, bidding instruction, Pricing Template, Supplier registration form, IFRC General Terms and Condition and other associated annexes will be available from the date of this tender notice published and until 3rd August 2026, 5:00 P.M The tender documents can be requested by email to [email protected] CC Sourov Mollick [email protected] .Please mention the RFQ reference number in the email subject line. For Example: “Tender Request for RFQ-CXB-26-2472 & 2477: Supply of MHM kits”. A Pre-Tender meeting (physically) with the supplier/s will be held on 4th August 2026, at 11:00 AM at IFRC PMO office, Motel Labonee, Motel Road, Cox’s Bazar. All prospective bidders are requested to attend this meeting. A Tender Guarantee (amount equal to 2.5% of the tender value, refundable) must be submitted with the bid in favor of “International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies” in form of pay order from a scheduled bank. The bid/s, complete in all respects, should be hand delivered to the IFRC PMO office located in Motel Labonee, Motel Road, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh as per submission deadline mentioned above and in the tender document. Bidder can quote for one or both items. The item’s sample to be submitted to IFRC, Cox’s Bazar, Motel Labonee as instructed in the RFQ.
