TENDER NOTICE
The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Population Movement Operation, is pleased to invite bids from well-known suppliers/ organizations as per the schedule below:
Bidders must have at least 5 years’ practical experience in supply of similar types of goods and have an average annual turnover of BDT 10 million in the last three years. The tender documents can be requested by email to choton.shil@ifrc.org CC Sourov Mollick sourov.mollick@ifrc.org .Please mention the RFQ reference number in the email subject line. For Example: “Tender Request for RFQ-CXB-25-2448: Supply of Rope and GI wire”. Requests must be sent from the official company email address and should include the company name, address, and contact details. After the delivery deadline no request will be acceptable. A pre-tender meeting (physically) with the supplier/s will be held on 14 June 2026, at 12:00 PM at IFRC PMO office, Motel Labonee, Motel Road, Cox’s Bazar. All prospective bidders are requested to attend this meeting. A Tender Guarantee (amount equal to 2.5% of the tender value) must be submitted with the bid in favor of “International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies” in form of pay order from a scheduled bank. The bid/s, complete in all respects and sample/s, should be hand delivered to the IFRC PMO office located in Motel Labonee, Motel Road, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh as per submission deadline mentioned above and in the tender document. Bidder can quote for one or both lots separately. The IFRC reserves the right to split, accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid. Head of Sub Office Date: 6th June 2026 |
