TENDER NOTICE The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Bangladesh Delegation invites sealed proposals from reputable, licensed, and experienced insurance companies for the provision of Group Life Insurance and Health Insurance Coverage for its staff in Bangladesh.
Bidders must be a licensed insurance company authorized by the Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA), Bangladesh, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in providing group life and health insurance services for reputed national/international organizations. The Request for Proposal (RFP), bidding instructions, IFRC General Terms and Conditions, and other associated annexures will be available from 21 April 2026 until 28 April 2026 from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs Bangladesh time (except weekends and holidays). The tender documents (RFP) shall be requested by email, enclosing a valid Trade License and relevant authorization documents, to tahsin.maisha@ifrc.org with a copy to arifur.rahman@ifrc.org. The email subject should clearly mention the above RFP reference number. The bids containing the complete proposal in sealed envelopes (Technical and Financial offers in separate envelopes) should be submitted to the IFRC office at 684-686, Red Crescent Sarak, Bara Maghbazar, Dhaka, on 29 April 2026 between 0900 hrs and 1530 hrs.
