Innovative Holdings Ltd., a leading Land & Properties company, is inviting applications from highly experienced, strategic, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Director of Purchasing (Land & Property). This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing and overseeing all land acquisition and procurement activities of the organization.

Education

• Master of Law (LLM)
  
• Bachelor of Law (LLB)

Experience

• 5–10 years of relevant experience
  
• Experience in the following sectors preferred:
  • Law Firm
    
  • Developer / Real Estate Company
    
  • Land Management

Additional Requirements

• Strong knowledge of land laws and property acquisition procedures
  
• Ability to verify land ownership documents and title deeds
  
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  
• Strong communication and decision-making ability
  
• Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential matters

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s overall land procurement and acquisition strategy
  
• Identify and evaluate potential land opportunities aligned with business objectives
  
• Conduct legal due diligence, ownership verification, and risk assessment
  
• Thoroughly verify, examine, and validate ownership documents, title deeds, and related legal papers before acquisition
  
• Negotiate with landowners, stakeholders, and authorities
  
• Oversee contract drafting, execution, and compliance with legal requirements
  
• Maintain strong liaison with government bodies and legal authorities
  
• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures
  
• Prepare strategic reports for top management
  
• Build and lead a high-performing procurement and acquisition team
