Project Officer - Knowledge Management

The Project Officer – Knowledge Management supports project learning, documentation, knowledge sharing, data management, M&E and reporting processes. The position contributes to project accountability and continuous learning through effective management of knowledge products, project data, learning systems, monitoring and dissemination mechanisms.

Main Tasks:

  • Disseminate project learning through reports, newsletters, presentations, websites, and social media.
  • Support multi-country exchange and partner learning initiatives.
  • Coordinate knowledge-sharing events and learning forums.
  • Conduct field visits and verification exercises to assess implementation quality.
  • Promote visibility of project lessons and achievements.

Goal 5: Quality Assurance and Reporting

Main Tasks:

  • Ensure quality, consistency, confidentiality, and accessibility of project documentation.
  • Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and management updates.
  • Maintain MEL tools, trackers, databases/dashboard, and reporting templates.

We offer you

Initially, a 12-month national employment contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The monthly consolidated salary range is BDT 117,208/- to BDT 125,862/- CTC, which may vary depending on experience and current remuneration.
