HELVETAS Bangladesh is inviting qualified consultancy firms to provide strategic and technical support for evidence-based advocacy and policy engagement under the "Actions to Climate Change Ensuring Sustainable Solutions (ACCESS)" Project implemented under the Climate Action at Local Level (CALL) programme with support from the Embassy of Switzerland. The assignment will focus on policy advocacy, research, knowledge generation, and institutional dialogue related to climate change adaptation, climate mobility, climate justice, loss and damage, and decentralized climate finance. The selected firm will support development of advocacy strategies, policy briefs, discussion papers, and facilitate engagement with relevant government institutions and national platforms to strengthen climate-responsive policy actions in Bangladesh. Interested firms with proven experience in climate governance, policy engagement, research, and stakeholder facilitation are encouraged to apply with technical and financial proposals along with relevant organizational documents within the stipulated deadline.
