Position: Executive/Sr. Executive (Battery Sales)

Job Context: This position is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributor and dealer networks, ensuring product availability, and driving overall sales growth in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned primary & secondary sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure daily sales execution as per route plan and company guidelines.
  • Develop and expand Distributor & Dealer network in assigned territory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and retailers to ensure continuous business growth.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Ensure availability and visibility of battery products at all key retail points.
  • Drive secondary sales and cash sales collection as per company policy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and increase market coverage.
  • Support sales promotions, campaigns, and product launches in the territory.
  • Handle dealer/distributor issues and provide quick resolution to maintain smooth operations.
  • Monitor stock levels at distributor and dealer points to avoid stock-outs.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (Target vs Achievement).
  • Assist in sales planning, forecasting, and demand analysis for the assigned region.
  • Ensure proper execution of company policies, pricing, and credit control.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate/BBA/MBA in any discipline from any reputed public universities.

Experience & Other Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in the Battery, Automotive, or Electrical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution channels, dealer management, and retail sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Mymensingh, Rangpur, Bogura, Barishal, Cumilla, Chittagong, Cox's Bazar).
