2. Basic Requirement:

Education:
- Master's Degree preferably in Social Sciences, Psychology, Development Studies, Anthropology, Gender studies or any relevant field.
Age: Minimum age 30 years and maximum age 45 years (as on 31 August 2026).
Experience:
- At least 03 year’s relevant experience in NGO/INGO sector.
3. Contract Information:
Salary and Others: Consolidated Remuneration Tk. 35,626 (per month). 15 days paid leave excluding public holidays and training opportunities for career development.

5. Capacity Requirement:
- Good understanding of child protection, case management, psychosocial support, and safeguarding principles, particularly in the NGO/INGO sector.
- Strong coordination, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with field teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Good understanding of program planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ability to identify child protection and program implementation challenges and support appropriate and timely solutions.
- Good report writing, documentation, presentation, and data management skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, internet-based tools, and other relevant software.
