GNB Internship: Job without Job Experience

Good Neighbors (1991) is an international humanitarian, development and non-governmental organization with membership in General Consultative Status in the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). Winner of MDG 2 award 2007 and UNESCO-Hamdan Prize for Teacher Development 2024, Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) is operating 17 Community Development Projects (CDP) in 13 districts for child protection, education, health, women empowerment, income generating activities, DRR and Rohingya emergency response activities. Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) intends to recruit suitable personnel for Internship. New graduates with internship can prepare for greater opportunities.

Job Location: Rural/Urban CDPs (Dhaka and Other Districts)

Basic Requirement:

Education: Graduation/Post-Graduation in Sociology, Public Health, Development Studies, Anthropology, Economics, Social-Works, English Language/Literature, Environment Studies, Climate and/or Disaster Management, International Cooperation/Business, International Relations, Accountancy, Business Studies and Finance from government recognized Public/Private university.

Age: Maximum age 28 years

Experience: No experience is required

  • Contract period: 6 months Paid Internship & 3 months without Pay Internship (for university recommended candidates)
  • Job Location: Rural/Urban CDPs (Dhaka and Other Districts)
  • Working duration: Weekly 5 days [Sunday to Thursday]

Compensation & Other Benefits:

  • Food & Travel Allowance: BDT. 17,600/- [DWMP] monthly payment (Only for 6 Months’ Intern)
  • Candidates will get Practical job experience in an International NGO
  • Experience Certificate after successful completion of the contract
  • Performance-based extension or Regular Job offer
