Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH provides services worldwide in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. GIZ has over 50 years of experience in a wide variety of areas, including economic development and employment, energy and the environment, and peace and security. The diverse expertise of our federal enterprise is in demand around the globe, with the German Government, European Union institutions, the United Nations and governments of other countries all benefiting from our services. The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) is our main commissioning party, but we also work with the private sector, fostering successful interaction between development policy and foreign trade.

GIZ invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable cleaning service providers interested in providing cleaning services at various locations across Bangladesh.

Interested companies must meet the following minimum qualification requirements:

1. Operating as a cleaning service provider for at least five (5) years and possesses a valid Trade License, TIN Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate.
2. Minimum annual turnover of BDT 4,000,000 for each of the last three financial years 
3. Possesses capacity to deploy at least 50 cleaners and 10 supervisors per day.
4. completed at least three (3) cleaning service contracts, each with a value of BDT 2,000,000 or above.
5. Completed at least two (2) cleaning service contracts, each with a value of BDT 2,000,000 or above, within the last three (3) years.

Companies meeting the above requirements must submit commercial documents demonstrating compliance with the stated minimum criteria.
