The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is a global service provider in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development and international education work to shaping a future worth living around the world. As a public-benefit Federal Government organisation, GIZ supports the German Government, particularly the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) implementing development projects. In Bangladesh, GIZ is implementing the technical cooperation projects in the areas of energy, climate change, textile, human rights under the bilateral agreement, signed on 15 July 1972 between the Bangladesh and German Governments.

GIZ invites reputable companies to submit offers to supply the following categories of goods:

The minimum qualification of interested vendors can be determined by the followings:

1. The supplier must possess updated business registration certificates, along with valid VAT and TIN certificates.
   
2. The organization must have been operating for at least ten (10) years.
   
3. The supplier must have experience in supplying, manufacturing or importing equipment related to laboratory supply.
   
4. The bidder must clearly specify the brand, model number, detailed specifications, product pictures (where applicable), and certification status for each item in the offer.
   
5. Proof of ATEX, IECEx, or equivalent certifications must be submitted for applicable items.
   
6. The equipment must be supplied within fifteen (15) working days from the date of receiving the work order.
   
7. The supplier must ensure strong after-sales service support for a minimum of six (6) months from the delivery date. Items that are not applicable for after-sales service must be clearly mentioned in the offer.
   
8. The selected bidder must deliver the items in good condition, with original packaging, user manuals, and other relevant documentation, to the GIZ Office Dhaka or another location within Bangladesh as per written instructions.

1. When you submit the quotation, please quote the price including TAX and mention the VAT separately.
   
2. Supporting documents of the minimum qualification such as a copy of a valid trade license, VAT, TIN certificates, Tax Return certificates, valid authorization certificate, and any other document, etc. (as applicable) for proven experience.

Companies with relevant and proven experience are invited to submit their Financial Proposals by 10th Of June 2026. The proposals must be sent in separate emails and addressed to the Contracts, Procurement & IT Unit. The subject line of each email should be clearly marked as:
“7000010314_Procurement of Reagents DWASA Laboratory”.
