About Us
We are a growing HVAC solutions provider specializing in high-efficiency commercial cooling across Bangladesh. We are seeking a VRF AC Service Manager to lead our field operations and technical delivery for premium VRF systems.

Position Overview
The VRF AC Service Manager will run our service department, manage field operations and maintain rigorous technical standards. You will directly oversee field teams working with DAIKIN (VRV), DUNHAM-BUSH (DBV), and SAMSUNG (DVM) systems. This role blends technical diagnostics, technician mentorship, and customer relationship management

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Oversight: Lead commissioning, testing, and advanced troubleshooting for DAIKIN, DUNHAM-BUSH, and SAMSUNG VRF systems using brand-specific diagnostic software.
  • Team Management: Schedule, dispatch, and supervise a team of field technicians to maximize daily productivity and ensure strict manufacturer compliance.
  • Quality & Safety: Enforce safe refrigerant handling, proper copper piping brazing, and rigid quality control protocols on commercial sites.
  • Client Relations: Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), resolve client issues, and provide accurate material and repair cost estimates.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 5+ years in HVAC service, with 3+ years managing VRF/VRV projects.
  • Product Knowledge: Direct experience with full DC inverter compressors, electronic expansion valves, and central controllers from Daikin, Dunham-Bush, or Samsung.
  • Skills: Strong leadership for a close-knit team, sharp technical drawing interpretation, and excellent client communication.
