Job Context

Flora Agro Food & Beverage Ltd., a fast-growing FMCG company in Bangladesh, is looking for experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Manager, Export – FMCG to strengthen its international business operations and global market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand international export markets and overseas buyer networks
• Maintain strong relationships with foreign buyers, distributors, and business partners
• Manage export orders, shipment schedules, documentation, and payment collections
• Coordinate with logistics, shipping lines, banks, and C&F agents for smooth export operations
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade procedures
• Analyze export market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities
• Develop and implement export sales strategies to increase international business growth
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly export performance and market analysis reports

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Management, or related field

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG Export/International Sales & Marketing
• Hands-on experience in FMCG export operations will be highly preferred
• Candidates with an existing international FMCG client base and strong overseas buyer network will get high preference

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of export procedures, international trade, and documentation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written & spoken)
• Good relationship management and business development capability
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email correspondence
• Smart, proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented professional
