Flora Agro Food & Beverage Ltd, a fast-growing FMCG company, is looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals for the position of Area Sales Manager (ASM).

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and expand market coverage
• Manage distributors, dealers, and retail networks
• Lead and supervise Sales Representatives
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance
• Ensure product availability, merchandising, and timely collections
• Prepare sales reports and implement promotional activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any discipline
• 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of distributor management and route planning
• Ability to work under pressure and travel extensively
• Motorcycle driving skill with valid license will be an advantage
