Position: Senior Merchandiser (Denim)

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Denim.
• Capable to manage foreign buyers & factories independently.
• Sound knowledge about fabric, wash, trims, accessories, print, embroidery etc.
• Having costing knowledge and consumptions.
• Establish, monitor and follow-up critical path / time & action plan management to ensure timely shipment.
• Those who have experience working with SMS based order of European clients in a buying office will be given preference.
• Should have strong souring capability of Factory/ Fabric/ Trims independently.
• Have to be a good Team Player & Leadership quality to lead the team.
• Experience in Business Development and Sourcing.
• Manage and Grow Business with existing clients.
• Capable to develop new Business, Client as well as Product.
• Costing knowledge of Denim.
• Provide technical support to our product development and production team.
• Ensure all aspects of technical pre-production work specially to maintain fit integrity of approval sample and continuity of product quality throughout bulk production are implemented.

Position: Senior Wash Technician (Denim)

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in denim washing.
• Experience working with brands such as ZARA, Stradivarius, and Mango.
• Capable of independently managing laundry operations for all types of R&D activities.
• Extensive knowledge of wet and dry processes.
• Good understanding of market trends and ability to prepare wash presentations for clients.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and effective control over wash factories.
• Able to establish, monitor, and follow up on the Critical Path/Time & Action Plan to ensure high-quality, on-time washed products as per requirements.
• A strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with the design team.

Additional Common Requirements for above Positions

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Science (Textile graduates will be given preference).
• Age limit: 30-35 years.
• Communication skill especially in English both speaking and writing.
• Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation.
