We are looking for Sales support with strong phone and verbal communication skills in English, along with excellent active listening abilities Dynamic BPO offers a supportive and growth-oriented work environment where fresh graduates and current university students with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

 Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international customers and prospective clients.
• Introduce and explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for clients.
  
• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and email.
  
• Follow company-approved communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
  
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
  
• Accurately update customer information, call records, and lead status in the system.
  
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and quality standards.
  
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve business goals.
  
• Perform other related tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

• A Level / Diploma / Bachelor / Honors
• [Daffodil International University, Eastern University, ASA University Bangladesh, Green University of Bangladesh, American International University Bangladesh ] students will get preference

Experience Requirements

• At most 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency
• Freshers & current university students are encouraged to apply

• Age at most 30 years
• Must be comfortable working night shift
• Fluent in English

Job Location: Dhaka (Mohammadpur)

Salary: Tk.16000 - 25000 (Monthly)
