Our Expectations:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels to drive client growth and ROI.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and market research.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and high customer satisfaction.
- Translate client objectives into effective marketing plans and present campaign strategies, reports, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, content, design, and development teams to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
- Oversee content and brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Support business development efforts through proposal preparation, client pitches, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, prepare actionable reports, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance marketing, content development, research, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Salary Range: BDT 35,000 - BDT 45,000 (Negotiable)
Weekend: Friday
