| Key Accountabilities |
- Lead and manage Credit Card, Home Loan, and/or Auto Loan business portfolios.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve portfolio growth and profitability targets.
- Drive sales performance through effective channel management and business development initiatives.
- Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency trends, and risk indicators.
- Coordinate with Risk Management, Credit Administration, and Collection teams to ensure smooth business execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare MIS reports, portfolio analysis, and business presentations for management.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations and internal policies.
- Coach, mentor, and supervise team members to achieve business objectives.

| Qualifications |
- Minimum Bachelor Degree completed
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in Retail Assets, Credit Cards, Home Loans, Auto Loans,
- Consumer Finance, Retail Banking, or related fields.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets and managing teams.
- Experience in portfolio management and business strategy development will be preferred.
