POSITION:   SALES OFFICER (PRODUCT MARKETING OFFICER)

DBH Finance PLC, established in 1996, is the pioneer, largest and specialist Housing Finance Institution in the private sector of the country. Amongst all Financial Institutions of Bangladesh, only DBH has been rated the highest 'AAA' credit rating for the last twenty-one consecutive years.

At present, the Company invites applications for the above position from deserving candidates who are dynamic, self-motivated, ambitious and willing to build career in the sales & marketing functions of the Financial Companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Conduct regular visits to individual and corporate clients to sell the Company's financial products (Loans /Financings & Deposits), achieve assigned sales targets and promote Company's financial products including business development initiatives to expand market reach.

  • Maintain strong professional relationships with customers and deliver them extended quality services.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate daily visit reports including other sales related reporting.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates, aged not over 35 years, minimum Graduate from any recognized institutions.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates having few relevant experience particularly in selling home loans & Deposits with proper understanding of NBFI or Banking standards, products & services will be an added advantage.

  • Must have good skills in communication, leadership, negotiation etc. including high level of integrity and compliance awareness.

  • Must have physical fitness with strong willingness and proactive mindset to make extensive visits to customers & ability to work in performance driven work culture.
COMPENSATION & OTHER BENEFITS

 

  • Monthly Salary will be TK. 20,000/- including Festival Bonus and performance based monthly commission (variable pay) & yearly profit bonus etc. as per rules of the Company.

  • Employment is initially for one year on contractual basis with the subsequent provision to offer regular employment to deserving employees purely based on their individual performance and then they will be eligible for other service benefits like PF, Gratuity, Insurance coverage, loan facilities etc. as per company policy.
