Job Descriptions/ Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting teams 
• Providing recommendations to the CEOs and members of the executive team
• Assisting in the processes of financial prediction and preparation of budgets 
• Overseeing the preparation of financial reports 
• Assisting the executive team on long-term financial and business planning 
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with external partners, stakeholders and investors 
• Tracking cash flow and analyzing the company’s financial weaknesses and strength, whilst proposing corrective actions

Educational Requirements

• Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Finance, Banking, Economics, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Banking, Economics
• Candidates having any relevant professional qualification, e.g. CFA/CPA/CMA will get preference.

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Capital Market Investment, Corporate Advisory, Issue Management, Portfolio Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Banks, Financial Consultants, Investment/Merchant Banking

Additional Requirements

• Age 32 to 50 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• At least 5 years’ working experience in any leading Merchant Bank/ Financial Institute out of which at least 2 years in any senior role (at least Head of the Department) in relevant Financial Institution
• Extensive knowledge on capital market investment, issue management, portfolio management, corporate advisory and relevant regulations
• Excellent financial forecasting skills
• Proficiency in various computer software, such as MS Word, MS Excel and other financial management software
• Good financial problem-solving skills and the ability to strategies and devise solutions
• Impeccable analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers
