Job location: 24/4, Shegunbagicha, Ramna, Dhaka (Beside Gazi Tv)

Working hours:

  • 10 a.m to 8 p.m.
  • 6 days per week.
  • Friday holiday

Responsibilities:

  • Attend large amount of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Offer in depth product information to the clients.
  • Answer customer queries about products and services relating to the company.
  • Provide product information and taking feedback to the prospective clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggests as per requirements.
  • Maintain a database and follow up with clients.
  • Manage customer information.
  • Engage new clients according to the office requirements.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Telesales, Call Center, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales.
  • Per Day 300+ Calls Must.

Educational requirements:

  • HSC
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Skills & Expertise:

  • Call Center, Client Service, Customer Support through Phonetalesales

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Minimum 2 years experience is required in the tale sales field.
  • Good communication skills over phone and also practical experience to provide excellent service to our clients.

Salary: Tk 15000 (Monthly)
