Responsibilities:
- Attend large amount of inbound and outbound calls.
- Offer in depth product information to the clients.
- Answer customer queries about products and services relating to the company.
- Provide product information and taking feedback to the prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggests as per requirements.
- Maintain a database and follow up with clients.
- Manage customer information.
- Engage new clients according to the office requirements.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Telesales, Call Center, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales.
- Per Day 300+ Calls Must.
Educational requirements:
- HSC
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Skills & Expertise:
- Call Center, Client Service, Customer Support through Phonetalesales
Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Minimum 2 years experience is required in the tale sales field.
- Good communication skills over phone and also practical experience to provide excellent service to our clients.
Salary: Tk 15000 (Monthly)
