Position: Assistant Director - Finance Monitoring & Compliance (2 positions)

Education: Masters with honors in Accounting/MBS/MBA (Finance) from any reputed university with CA (CC)/ACC from any reputed firm/institution. The completion of CFF Part-I and Part-II will be recognized as extra quality.

Working base: Principal Office, Shyamoli, Dhaka and have to perform field visit at least twice a month in the coastal districts.

Age: 30-38 years

Experiences: The candidatures must have minimum 7 progressive experience in Finance, Accounts specially in Micro Finance and Development sectors. Hands-on experience in leading ERP/MIS software implementation, financial report preparation, and financial data analysis are mandatory. The candidates should have also practical knowledge in preparation of financial statements of donor funded project, FC1, FD-2, FD-4 accounts, FD-6 and FD-7. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools and working experience with PC Link and Tally accounting software will be an advantage. In depth knowledge of VAT and Tax rules and regulations. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.

Salary and benefits

For the position starting salary within the range of 5-6 digits (also it is negotiable) per month plus all other benefits like two festival allowances, contributory provident fund, gratuity, travel and mobile allowances etc. as per Foundation’s Policies.
