Job Description / Responsibility

  • Development of Sustainable Retail Business portfolio for the Bank.
  • Identifying the target market and acquire new business to enrich the retail portfolio which includes Personal Loan, Home Loan, Current & Savings Account Deposits, Term Deposits, Credit Cards, Debit Cards etc.
  • Maintain quality assets and liabilities through the disciplined portfolio management.
  • Earn trusted advisor status by integrating retail business ideas, different assets and deposit solutions to help clients navigate and choose the best financial solution.

Employment Status: FullTime

Educational Requirements: Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 22 years
  • 4 years Graduation from any Reputed Universities
  • Prior job experience is not required. However, candidates with good academic background will get preference

  • Trainee Assistant Manager will join as "Senior Officer" with 6 months learning attachment with a gross salary of BDT. 50,000/- per month.
  • After the successful completion of learning attachment, the gross salary will be increased to BDT. 65,000/- per month and the designation will be "Assistant Relationship Manager".
