• Minimum 8 (eight) years of banking experience including 2 (two) years as Head of Branch/Manager Operations.
• Strong background in Cash Management, General Banking, Liability Management, Credit Risk & Administration, Trade Finance and Operations.
• Proven client network in SME, Retail and Corporate segments.
• Excellent leadership, team management and client servicing skills.
• Sound computer literacy, strong communication skill both in Bengali and English with an age inclusive and proactive attitude.
• Candidates who started their career as MTO/PO will have added advantage.
