Chittagong Eye Infirmary and Training Complex (CEITC), a tertiary multidisciplinary Institution is looking for eligible personnel for the following position:
STORE OFFICER
Job responsibilities:
- Analyze stock in hand and forecast requirements based on daily and monthly consumption.
- Oversee smooth receiving of products from suppliers/vendors.
- Monitor and ensure monthly cycle counting and support internal & external audits.
- Check product quality, batch and expiry dates through random sampling at the time of receipt.
- Monitor stock movement trends to ensure timely availability of products.
- Keep accurate documentation and information from suppliers/vendors.
- Support continuity of operations by resolving issues related to store management.
- Ensure accurate stock reconciliation including receiving, issuance, movement, return and transfer.
- Handle complaints and faulty products received from users.
- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate in business administration from reputed institution.
- Minimum 03 years of working experience in store management in a renowned institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as a strong team leader.
- Age: Not exceeding 35 years. Relaxable in case of highly experienced person.
Job Nature: Full time.
