Position: Head of Human Resources & Administration
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Position Summary
The Head of HR & Administration will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and administrative frameworks that support the Company’s business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Company’s overall business goals.
- Lead recruitment, talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Oversee performance management systems, employee engagement, and organizational development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Manage compensation and benefits structures, HR budgeting, and payroll oversight.
- Supervise administrative operations including facilities management, logistics, procurement and office services.
- Support senior management and the Board on HR-related matters and organizational restructuring initiatives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture, strong governance, and ethical standards across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in HR & Administration, preferably in financial institutions, insurance companies, or large corporate organizations.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, corporate governance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
