CRP is a leading organization in Bangladesh providing comprehensive medical treatment, rehabilitation, and support services addressing the physical, emotional, social, psychological, and economic needs of persons with disabilities. It is also committed to developing skilled rehabilitation professionals and expanding services nationwide through collaborative centres. In addition, CRP promotes empowerment, awareness, and advocacy on disability issues, with a strong focus on community-based services and the empowerment of women and girls with disabilities at national and international levels.
As part of its ongoing development, CRP Savar is implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to support its digital transformation by integrating and streamlining core operational, administrative, and reporting functions. This initiative aims to enhance efficiency, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and improve overall organizational performance through a unified system. To support this transformation, CRP Savar seeks an experienced ERP consultant to provide independent advisory and end-to-end implementation oversight, ensuring effective system design, risk management, organizational alignment, and successful realization of project benefits.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, including vendor selection and implementation oversight
- Proven expertise in business process re-engineering and large-scale organizational transformation
- Strong experience in data migration, system integration, and enterprise system environments
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Prior experience in non-profit or healthcare sectors will be considered an advantage
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk management, and internal controls
- Ability to maintain independence from ERP vendors and effectively manage potential conflicts of interest.
