The Development Trainee - Media & Communications role is designed to build foundational expertise in modern communications by supporting an organization's content and digital presence. The trainee is expected to assist in organizing communication assets, maintaining active social media engagement, and contributing to the creation of written materials such as blogs, captions, and newsletters. A key focus of this role is developing practical proficiency in AI-driven tools for content creation, analysis, and reporting, all of which will prepare the individual for the evolving demands of the communications field.
Ultimately, the position aims to groom a well-rounded communications professional who can collaborate effectively, deliver timely outputs, and continuously grow their skills in development communication context, with a specialty in digital and social media. |

V. Qualification and Experience:
|
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication & journalism, Social Sciences, or any other related field from a reputed university.
- This position is open for fresh graduates
- Excellent Bangla and English communications skills.
- Skilled in MS Office & internet
- Skilled in Social Media handling
- Knack about content creation, designing, writing, and basic editing software usage
- Administrative experience is preferred

Compensation
Monthly remuneration of this position will be BDT. 20,000.
