🧩 Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead and manage strategic accounts in the poultry vaccines segment. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market penetration within assigned territories.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for key poultry accounts
- Manage relationships with major poultry integrators, farms and the distributor (ACI)
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives for poultry vaccines and related products
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Provide technical and commercial support to clients in collaboration with technical teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and training programs
- Ensure timely collection of payments from distributor.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account plans
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, AVS and VSE team)
🎓 Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science (DVM) / Animal Science / Poultry Science
- Master’s degree (MBA or relevant field) will be an advantage
💼 Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in poultry vaccines / animal health / poultry industry
- Proven track record in key account management or B2B sales
- Strong network within poultry integrators and farms preferred
