Role Summary
BURO Bangladesh is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure software systems across the organization’s digital financial platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development and delivery of software development projects.
- Supervise and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and timelines.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in software engineering.
- Develop enterprise-grade applications using Angular 17, .NET Core, and Java.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop and maintain system integrations using MuleSoft, WSO2, or Apache Camel.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimizations.
- Troubleshoot and debug both front-end and back-end components.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth product delivery.
- Maintain version control using Git/GitHub, follow organizational coding standards, and participate in testing, debugging, and performance reviews.
Requirements
Education
- Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, EEE/ETE, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service (ITES), Fintech Company.
Additional Requirements
- Strong expertise in Angular 17, .NET Core, and Java.
- Strong knowledge of microservices and API development.
- Experience integrating systems using MuleSoft, WSO2, Apache Camel.
- Hands-on experience with SQL & NoSQL databases.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, M365, Windows Server, Security), Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), and VMware VCP (VMware Certified Professional) will be considered an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary during probationary period: BDT 75,000 – 120,000 per month (Based on experience and expertise). After successful completion of probation, salary and benefits will be as per BURO Bangladesh policy.
