Job Context
This Role responsible for assisting customers, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining product presentation, and supporting overall showroom operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers.
• Explain products (fabric, size, fit, color).
• Upsell & cross-sell products.
• Assist in trial room.
• Maintain product display & cleanliness.

Educational Requirements: 

• HSC
• Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements:

• 1 – 3 Years in relevant department.
• Experience in working in any clothing brand is mandatory.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (Bangla + basic English)
• Sales mindset (ability to convince customers)
• Basic knowledge of fashion & sizing
• Customer handling experience (preferred)
• Energetic, active & friendly personality
• Ability to work under sales target pressure
