Required qualification & experience described as follows:-

1) Post : Deputy General Manager (Operation)

Qualification: B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Experience:
Must have at least above 15 years experience in installation, commissioning and commercial production of complete cable of EHV cables (CCV & VCV Line) up to 500 KV grade in large Electrical Wires & Cables Manufacturing Company with highly developed machine from Europe / America based in South East Asia / India /Middle East and commanding large Working team.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning and commercial production and execution of EHV Cables up to 500KV grade in major utilities.
• Scheduling, planning, execution of all manufacturing activities with quality, productivity and new product development. Maintenance and Implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System for the whole plant.
• Total preventive Maintenance of plant, cost reduction activities of whole work, preparation of MIS, Conduct training schedule to engineers, operators as per ISO norms.

Age: Above 45

2) Post: Manager (Production)

Qualification: B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

Experience:
Must have at least above 10 years experience in installation, commissioning and production of complete cable plant of EHV cables (CCV & VCV Line) up to 500 KV grade in large Electrical Wires & Cables Manufacturing Company based in South East Asia / India / Middle East and Commanding large Working team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for making daily plan to load on Machines efficiently to achieve the monthly target as per machine capacity, making the monthly plan and schedule the CCV line in efficient way according to size and voltage grade to minimize stoppage and setup time.
• Control the scrap and material deviation and mention within the target set by management through implementing or effective measures to reduce the scrap.
• Follow up with maintenance for breakdowns and Prepare and maintain necessary documents related to production department for audit.

3) Post: Manager (Quality Control)

Qualification: B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineer

Experience:
Must have at least above 10 years experience in quality assurance and in process technology in production of complete cable plant of EHV cables (CCV & VCV Line) up to 500 KV grade in large Electrical Wires & Cables Manufacturing Company based in South East Asia / India / Middle East and Commanding large Working team.

Responsibilities:

• Must have cable design knowledge of EHV cables up to 500 kV
  
• Lead QC team / QC audit and inspection, ensure product quality across the production line, knowledge in RCA (Root cause Analysis) and FMC (Failure mode and effect analysis) Familiar with SPC (Statistical process control).
  
• Cross functional coordination (Production / R&D). Compliance of standard BSTI, IEC, VDE, ASTM. Capability of working as a QC Team Member.

4) Post: Lead and Aluminum Corrugation Machine Operator

Qualification: B.Sc. / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. (Will be considered for high experienced expatriates)

Experience:
Must have at least above 10 years experience to operate aluminum continuous extrusion line/ Horizontal lead extrusion line EHV cables up to 500 KV grade in large Electrical Wires & Cables Manufacturing Company based in South East Asia / India / Middle East and Commanding power to Working team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production EHV cable up to 500 KV efficiently as per production Target.
• Control the scrap and material deviation and mention within the target set by management through implementing or effective measures to reduce the scrap.

Age: Above 35

5) Post: Drum Twister Operator

Qualification: B.Sc./Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. (Will be considered for high experienced expatriates)

Experience:
Must have at least above 10 years experience to operate Drum twister for Milliken conductor for EHV cables up to 500 KV grade in large Electrical Wires & Cables Manufacturing Company based in South East Asia / India / Middle East and Commanding power to Working team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production EHV cable up to 500 KV efficiently as per production Target.
• Control the scrap and material deviation and mention within the target set by management through implementing or effective measures to reduce the scrap,

Age: Above 35

6) Post: Operator (ACCC Conductor)

Qualification: B.Sc. / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. (Will be considered for experienced expatriates)

Experience:
Must have at least 5 Years of Experience to operate Stranding machine for ACCC (Aluminum Conductor composite Core) for twisting of Annealed Trapezoid wire over Carbon core, High Temp Low Sag (HTLS) conductor. Must have knowledge for drawing & annealing Aluminum Trapezoid wires before stranding.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Production of ACCC-HTLS conductor efficiently as per Production target.
  
• Control the scrap and material deviation within the target set by the management through implementing or effective measures to reduce the scrap.
