• Develop and implement strategic partnership management plans to build, strengthen, and maintain effective partnerships with corporate, government, development, and other external stakeholders.
• Prepare and coordinate communication materials, presentations, proposals, and stakeholder briefs for external audiences in collaboration with the Communication and relevant internal teams.
• Maintain effective liaison with relevant government departments, agencies, corporate organizations, and institutional partners to facilitate collaboration and support BKL’s strategic interests.
• Develop and submit reports, presentations, and required information/data to relevant government authorities in collaboration with relevant teams and ensure timely and accurate responses to official requests.
• Maintain comprehensive stakeholder and partnership database and report on partnership performance, stakeholder engagement activities, and business development opportunities to management.
• Monitor external stakeholder movements, policy developments, market dynamics, and emerging trends; conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to address potential impacts on the organization.

Safeguarding Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve organization’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. 
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
