Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ATL, BTL and Digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, student enrollment, and community engagement in alignment with BRAC Kumon Limited’s mission.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing strategies to support new center acquisition and drive area-based promotional campaigns tailored to the specific needs and demographics of each center’s locality.
  • Collaborate with center instructors and operations teams to support local marketing initiatives, ensuring each center meets enrollment goals and community outreach standards.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts and optimize return on investment (ROI).
  • Maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and highquality output that supports the organization’s marketing objectives.
  • Champion brand positioning and public relations efforts, representing BRAC Kumon Limited at events, media opportunities, and educational forums to strengthen its presence and reputation.
  • Ensure the safety of participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the company's goals of safeguarding implementation.

Safeguarding Responsibilities

  • Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized and reputed university.
  • Professional certification in relevant fields will be preferred.
  • Skills Required: Campaign Management, CRM Management, Customer Retention, Content Marketing, Brand Management, SEO and Digital Marketing, Customer Acquisition

Experience Requirements

  • At least 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency,Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company,Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of marketing or brand management with exposure of leadership or managerial role.
  • Sound knowledge of brand positioning, brand awareness development, and market penetration strategies.
  • Understanding of budget planning, cost optimization, and measuring marketing return on investment (ROI).
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on long-term business growth and sustainability.
