The bank is seeking qualified and purpose-driven professionals for the following position within its SME Banking Division:

Relationship Manager/Associate Relationship Manager (SO-SPO), Medium Business, SME Banking

Employment Type: Full-time  
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, explore and acquire high-ticket SME clients in specific regions with appropriate product offerings.
  • Analyse the creditworthiness, background, financial position and associated credit risks of potential customers.
  • Conduct extensive field visits to existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare loan proposals with proper due diligence, facility structuring and documentation.
  • Monitor customers rigorously for timely collections and portfolio management.
  • Meet the periodic targets for achieving overall business goals set by management.
  • Remain connected to and vigilant about the market and clients’ preferences.
  • Ensure high-quality service and timely responses to customers and stakeholders.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree from a UGC-approved or accredited university.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial services.
  • Sound knowledge of all types of banking products, including deposit, funded and non-funded products.
  • Ability to manage and understand composite facilities, including trade finance.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Customer-centric and self-motivated.
