Senior Relationship Manager, Cash Management, Transaction Banking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage assigned corporate and institutional clients for cash management services.
  • Onboard New-to-Bank corporate and institutional clients for cash management services.
  • Act as primary contact for transaction banking requirements and service delivery.
  • Drive fee-based income and corporate deposit growth through cross-sell and up-sell of cash management solutions.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate collections, payments, liquidity, and digital banking solutions.
  • Support onboarding, implementation, and post-implementation service management.
  • Coordinate with Product, Operations, IT, Compliance, and Corporate Banking teams.
  • Resolve client issues and escalations within defined service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, Bangladesh Bank regulations, and internal policies.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-graduation/Graduation from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record. A degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or a professional banking qualification, is preferred.
  • 8–10 years’ experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, or Corporate Banking, including experience managing corporate or institutional clients.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management and transaction banking products.
  • Relationship management and client advisory skills.
  • Communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment in collaboration.
  • Expert in customer-centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
