Manager, Procurement, IT Capex and Opex

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage sourcing, RFQ/RFP processes, and procurement operations for IT hardware, software, and services.
Lead vendor evaluation, negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance improvement.
Ensure value for money through cost analysis, benchmarking, and strategic sourcing.
Support audit, regulatory compliance, reporting, and procurement system processes in Oracle Fusion.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Risk, and senior stakeholders on procurement initiatives.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Post Graduation/graduation from a UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record, preferably in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5-7 years of working experience preferably in IT or technical procurement in banking or financial services.
Skilled in vendor negotiations and contract management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in cost modelling and ERP systems (preferably Oracle Fusion).
Strong command of IT infrastructure, SaaS, and banking compliance requirements.
Customer-centric, self-motivated, a team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
