Senior Manager, Property Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyzing ownership-related documents submitted to Property Management as per requirement of business, to ensure its good right.
  • Assessing legal risk factors and providing opinion to mitigate risks.
  • Drafting replies to legal notices served against the bank.
  • Maintaining MIS and rental databases.
  • Preparing lease agreements, MOUs, TORs, LOIs, office memos, and other correspondence between the bank and landlords.
  • Conducting legal consultations and negotiations with landowners to ensure maximum benefit for the bank.
  • Assisting with other tasks related to Property Management.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post Graduation/Graduation from a UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record preferably in LLB, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to effectively handle crisis situations and adverse circumstances.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellence in stakeholder management
  • Customer-centric, self-motivated, a team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
